LPEA on scene where car hit junction box
About 79 customers near the Pine River Library in Bayfield may be without power for some time overnight on Tuesday.
A car was wrapped around a junction box as of about 9 p.m. Tuesday, La Plata Electric Association spokeswoman Indiana Reed said. No one was out of power as of 10 p.m., but they were still extracting the car and hadn’t been able to assess the extent of the damage at that time.
