6:06 a.m. A suspicious man was walking down Delwood Avenue near San Juan Drive wearing all black with his hood up.

3:42 p.m. A green Subaru was pulling a skateboarder wearing a gray shirt with tan pants near the intersection of East Eighth Avenue and Rim Drive.
5:12 p.m. A 27-year-old man was intoxicated and vomiting blood in the 5800 block of Main Avenue.
6:57 p.m. A man was on a motorcycle in the skate park trying to do backflips.
7:27 p.m. A dark SUV was driving eastbound in the westbound lane in the 20000 block of U.S. Highway 160.
