The Foggy Memory Boys, from Taos, N.M., is the first of four bands playing the Pine River Festival on Saturday at Eagle Park in Bayfield. This is the fourth year of the daylong festival with a tw- year break during the pandemic. This year included 11 breweries, along with food and other vendors.
