“The kids ... have really, really embraced it,” said Kami Parrish-Larson, one of the organizers of Fort Lewis College Summer Science Camp. Parrish-Larson said this is the first time participating in the weeklong camp, which teaches children ages 7 to 12 principles of physics, chemistry, biology and geology.
