8:43 p.m. Five men were seen dragging another man in the west 300 block of Ninth Street.
8:53 p.m. A man was making threatening gestures with a broom in the 1000 block of Main Avenue.

Firefighters and medics responded to 13 calls from Wednesday to early Thursday, including a carbon monoxide alarm, a vehicle crash involving injuries and a vehicle on fire.
