In our housing addition, we haven’t received any mail in our mailbox bank for days. Packages from USPS are left at an unsecured central location instead of being porch delivered. The weather has been clear. As we have some personal experience with what USPS regulations have been, this seems to be multiple violations of them. And I have read accounts of many HOAs and neighborhood associations here in this area having the same (or worse) problems with mail. One problem, as I see it, is there is no central organization of which all neighborhood associations and HOAs can be members, to address in-common problems, and, if necessary pool resources to obtain legal help. We had such an organization where I used to live in Oklahoma City. With such a combination, it was able to solve some problems.
