I've never met builder Ed Asher but I’ve seen his signs and ongoing construction around La Plata County over the years.
Now the bureaucrats with nothing worthwhile to do are going after the guy for “digging, moving, and disturbing soil, rocks, and plants” around Lake Nighthorse on or next to a property he once owned!
