A war against the Constitution

Kudos to The Durango Herald for coming out as anti-American. I’ve watched the numerous pro-illegal-immigrant articles, over the years, the solicitous articles about socialist/Marxist movements like Black Lives Matter, DEI, Critical Race Theory, Transgender promotions, anti-war articles (from the AP), “Restorative Justice” (we already have laws, thanks), anti-electoral-college articles, and so forth. All this in an area of Colorado that used to be America-loving and patriotic.

In terms of the current campaigns promoting illegal immigrants who are “scared” and have “fear,” etc., perhaps the Herald could acknowledge the pro-America citizens of the area and report crimes done against Americans (and others) by illegal aliens?

How about the local costs to taxpayers, the school districts, and so on? If the Herald wants to be an honest news broker, perhaps it should at least acknowledge that about half the citizens in this area are pro-American and think that the immigration laws of the U.S. should be enforced, rather than “resisted.” “Resistance” is just another word for “undermine democracy”; one-sided reportage is just another form or “resistance.”

Please … not another article subtly suggesting that people quietly work against ICE and other government officials who are carrying out the laws of the United States.
