On Oct. 18, Fox Fire Farms’ Aromella was awarded Best White Wine at the 2025 Colorado Governor’s Cup wine collection and judging contest at Colorado Uncorked.
The awards ceremony was held at the History Colorado Center in Denver and presented by Gov. Jared Polis.
The selection is notable because the Colorado wine industry is typically dominated by Palisade wineries.
In a letter, Polis thanked the Fox Fire Farms team for representing Ignacio and the Four Corners with distinction and applauds the team’s contribution to Colorado’s agricultural and cultural heritage.
