The San Juan County, N.M., Commission is now accepting letters of interest and resumes for candidates to fill a vacancy after the resignation of the San Juan County probate judge.
The Honorable Stacy Biel has resigned and the position will be filled through appointment by the commission.
Commissioners plan to make an appointment at the regular Commission meeting Dec. 15. Eligible applicants must be residents of San Juan County and registered to vote.
Those wishing to apply for appointment should submit a packet containing information about the applicant’s qualifications and relevant experience. The full requirements are available at www.SJCounty.net.
