A Comfort Dental practice recently opened near Walmart and expects to help fill the demand from patients on Medicaid in the area.
Todd Crandall, a partner in the new business, said he worked with his wife to research the need for an additional dental office in the area and found an adult Medicaid dental patient couldn’t get an appointment for a year.
Crandall moved from Denver to open the new dental office and has three years of experience in dentistry. Crandall is opening the new office with his partner, Joseph Myers, a dentist with 16 years experience.
The two decided to open a Comfort Dental franchise, in part, because it is a well-known brand name.
The new office opened in December at 125 South Camino del Rio, Suite 300 C, and accepts most insurance.
