The first annual “Our 1st 100 Days Teach In” event will be 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Powerhouse Science Center, 1333 Camino del Rio.
Several informational sessions will be offered on topics, such as public lands, living wages, lobbying elected officials, identifying fake news, activist training, and immigration.
Admission is free and open to all. A cash bar will be available, and music by Bob’s Yr Uncle and The Great Contention will be featured.
