A goodbye party will be held for La Plata County manager Joe Kerby from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday in the board room at the La Plata County Administration Building, 1101 East Second Ave.
After his last day as county manager on Friday, Kerby will relocate to Corvallis, Oregon, to serve as county administrator.
