Gov. Polis orders flags lowered to honor Justice Ginsburg

Gov. Jared Polis ordered flags to be lowered to half staff on all public buildings statewide immediately until the day of interment to honor the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
