April 1: Urban legends. From settlers hiding gold to ghosts haunting the town’s underground tunnels, Durango is full of urban legends, some of which are based on fact. For April Fool’s Day, three storytellers share some of the tall tales about the place we call home.

April 22: Earth Day. The world just recorded its second-hottest year on record. Storms appear to be stronger and more erratic than ever. But what can residents in rural Southwest Colorado do to make a difference? Three speakers share their stories about environmental activism.

May 6: Inventors. Coming up with an idea is just half the battle; manufacturing and producing your idea from start to finish is what separates the dreamers from inventors. Three local inventors will share their journeys from idea to item.
