As clouds clear out Tuesday, clear skies reveal mountains north of Durango dusted with snow. A storm that passed over the region Sunday and Monday provided a taste of winter, but sunny autumn weather will return for the remainder of the week. The National Weather Service is forecasting clear skies and rising daytime highs in Durango through Saturday.
