San Juan Basin Public Health reminds community members that the La Plata County Call Center is a resource for general questions about COVID-19 testing, testing locations, health care providers accepting new patients (to assist in providing testing orders), executive and public health orders, reopening guidance for businesses and other COVID-19-related information.
The volunteer-run La Plata County Call Center can answer general questions related to COVID-19 testing, including pricing, insurance coverage, financial support, how the test is performed and where testing is available. Appointments for testing are not made through the call center.
