HomesFunds will host a home-buyer education class from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Sitter Family Hall, Room 710, at Fort Lewis College.
There will be periodic breaks as well as a lunch hour. Students are welcome to bring snacks to eat during class. Child and pet care will not be provided, so plan accordingly.
There is a $15 materials fee for the workbook that participants can take home. Only one workbook per household is needed, however, people can purchase as many as they like. Participants will be required to pay the fee through PayPal at registration and will receive a workbook on the day of class.
Participants are required to attend all sections to receive a certificate.
