The Southwest Colorado Small Business Development Center will offer a Whole Farm and Ranch Business Workshop Series from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 30 through Dec. 15. at the Durango Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
Sessions will be held:
Nov. 30 and Dec. 1: Decision Making Skills for Adaptive Management
Dec. 7-8: Holistic Financial Planning and Enterprise Budgets.
Dec. 14-15: Marketing Strategies and Business Models
Participants will learn to use the Whole Farm decision making process, create a financial plan, a business plan and develop marketing strategies. They will have access to valuable resources, and the course will qualify participants for FSA Borrower Credit.
The full workshop fee is $300, which also includes follow-up support. Partial scholarships are available.
