The Southwest La Plata Library District Issue Committee is delighted about the passage of Ballot Issue 6D. The committee relied heavily on guidance from others to understand requirements and meet commitments to get this issue on the ballot. Financial donations and community participation was invaluable in spreading the word about the peril of the libraries and garnering support for the solution.
