50 years ago: Jim Jarvis, 89-year-old San Juan Basin pioneer, broke several ribs when his car rolled down the hill from his home to 1374 East Third Ave., and into the hedge of Richard W. Turner at 1404 East Third Ave. His injuries were serious.
25 years ago: A vehicle was egged and scratched, in the 600 block of Arroyo Drive.
