Mom's Hidden Closet is a bit like digging in, well, your mom's closet.
The store, owned by Lillian Mestas, sells gifts, educational supplies, jewelry and seasonal items from a historical building on 440 Goddard Ave.
"We have a little bit of everything," Mestas said, pointing out popular Broncos items, infant Christmas outfits, Santas, toys, lotion and cologne sets, and scented candles.
The store is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with extended evening hours next week for Christmas shopping, as well as 20 percent off all items. Mestas also can meet shoppers on weekends by appointment.
The store was the town's first blacksmith shop at the turn of the century and is recognized by the Ignacio Historical Society. For appointments and special orders, contact Mestas at (801) 550-8883.
