You old goat

Ross, a mountain goat that hangs around at the entrance to the Old Hundred Mine in Cunningham Gulch near Silverton, admires a visitor’s car last week. The old goat has been entertaining visitors there all summer long. The mine tour crew dubbed the goat “Ross” after the late John Ross, an old-time Silverton miner who used to work there.
