La Plata Electric Association will present two workshops this month to keep members of the cooperative abreast of new lighting technology.
The workshops are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 12 at the LPEA building, 45 Stewart St. in Bodo Industrial Park, and on Feb. 17 at the Ruby M. Sisson Memorial Library, 811 San Juan St., in Pagosa Springs.
The workshops will share the latest information on light bulbs, specifically LED bulbs, said Ray Pierotti, who oversees lighting programs for LPEA.
LPEA offers a variety of rebates on lighting for residential and business customers.
