Gettin’ a boost at Bowker Games

Cole Perez, 15, gets some help from Camren Cordell, an eighth-grader at Escalante Middle School, during a relay race at the sixth annual Bowker Games, a track-and-field event for children with special needs, held Wednesday at the school. Cole is the son of Peppi and Scott Perez, and Camren is the daughter of Riki and Troy Cordell.
