Photo: Traffic improvements alter College Drive

Several blocks of College Drive are seen from above Thursday. Recent improvements at the intersections of East Second Avenue and East Third Avenue have altered traffic flow on the busy street. Drivers must be aware of a new traffic light and turn lanes.
