Fort Lewis College to hold Sustainability Summit

The Fort Lewis College Environmental Center will hold the fifth annual Sustainability Summit from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Student Union Ballroom at the college, 1000 Rim Drive.

The keynote speaker will be Sam Daley-Harris, an activist, author and social entrepreneur, who will discuss the theme: “Are Silence and Shouting Our Only Two Options for Making Change?”

The event will also include a “Sustainability Superhero” awards ceremony, updates and information about sustainability initiatives, workshops and a free dinner.

The event is free and open to all.
