Instead of moving the sewer plant, why don’t we move the welcome center, playground and soccer field? Wouldn’t that be much cheaper? And wouldn’t that give enough land for the sewer plant to expand?
None of us was around when the sewer plant was put in its current location and we probably won’t vote to put it there now, but that’s all water under the bridge. It is where it is. It will cost a whole lot of money to move it.
Why don’t we just move the other things to another location, expand the sewer plant, use new technology to help with the smell and put up landscaping to hide it?
