4Core will host the Solar Barn Stomp and Solar Home Tour.
The Solar Barn Stomp will take place from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Friday at solar barn of Ben and Holly Jason, 187 Sun Mesa Lane. The zero-waste event will offer donkey rides and apple bobbing for kids, dinner catered by Grassburger, drinks, pie, a live auction and live music by The Time Sullivan Band. Tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for children 12 and younger.
The 10th annual Solar Home Tour will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 5. Tickets are $12 for the tour and $30 for combo tickets for the tour and barn dance.
