It's here, the annual Yard Sale day.
Tomorrow, bargain hunters from throughout the region will arrive in Bayfield looking for deals.
Sales start as early as those holding them want to put their wares out.
This year's map of the sales is on page 9. The event is organized by the Bayfield Chamber of Commerce and the Pine River Times. This year's map sponsor is Bayfield Realty.
Some of the hotspots for Yard Sale day are Pine River Valley Bank and Bayfield Center Plaza, which rent out their parking spaces to benefit local charities. The bank has rented all of its spaces and is donating the proceeds to United Way. Bayfield Center Plaza, located behind the Pine River Library, also is renting spaces, with proceeds helping Denise Hess, a local cancer patient.
