La Plata Electric Association will host “Lunch and Lighting Controls Workshop,” a special lighting session to help LPEA members understand new lighting technology, save energy and lower electric bills.
The lunch will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 22 at the LPEA Durango location, 45 Stewart St.
The workshop is designed for contractors, electricians, physical plant supervisors, architects and lighting designers, though homeowners interested in learning more are welcome to attend.
The workshop will cover a variety of topics, such as reliable LED dimming and daylight harvesting.
