Times coming in new size next week

Bennett

Dear Readers,

In the past year since I began as CEO of Ballantine Communications, I've come to understand our deep commitment to bring our subscribers the highest quality of journalism. Our partnership with you, in this effort, is our priority. Like most newspapers, our production costs are increasing.  To counteract this, we've chosen to revise our format so that we can continue to deliver the same high quality product without transferring the rise in costs to you.

Next week you'll notice our page width will appear thinner by one inch while the size in length remains the same. This size modification is smaller, but none of the content will be lost. All the articles, columns and features you look forward to each week will continue to be found as usual. This change could potentially result in more pages than before.

We appreciate your support through this transition and you can be assured we will continue to deliver the best quality, every week.

Thank you,

Doug Bennett
