The BHS cheer squad powers up to create a tower Saturday in Pueblo for regional Universal Cheerleaders Association competition.
Bayfield cheer competed in the Southern Colorado Regionals Saturday for the Universal Cheerleaders Association, capturing second in the small coed varsity division.
Coming up for the cheer and dance teams are the Colorado Spirit Championships on Dec. 7 and 8 at the Denver Coliseum. The dance team will be defending its 3A state poms title.
