4:04 p.m. Two juveniles threw a child’s bike into the river near Rank Park, 149 East Second Ave.
7:47 p.m. Four underage men had a six-pack of beer at Iris Park, 1235 Camino del Rio.
10:28 p.m. Kids were playing basketball and being loud at Park Elementary, 510 East Sixth Ave.
