Some of you might remember the 1995 movie “The Man Who Would Be King,” starring Sean Connery and Michael Caine. It was based on a real-life character and written by Rudyard Kipling.
Well, guess what? We have our very own version of that in Washington, D.C. His name is Donald Trump. Don’t laugh. You think he doesn’t and wouldn’t if he could get away with it? Fortunately, we have a Constitution (which he doesn’t give a hoot about) and three branches of government, which saves us when we need it.
Since he can’t be king, I will call him the Vladimir Putin wannabe of our time. He would love to have the control over all of us as Putin does in his country. Let’s hope it never happens as it would be dark times for our country. He would rule!
He is a bully, he is rude, he is vindictive, he is a narcissist and he has no empathy. Don’t get on his enemies list or he will try to destroy your life. He will like you one day and throw you under the bus the next.
He thinks the world looks up to him but they just laugh at him.
Please don’t fall under his spell. See him for what he is and when it’s time to vote again, please vote him out of office.
