Nov. 5: Brain health (preventive measures for dementia) with Nicole Clark from the Extension Office.Nov. 7: Pain medication and exercises for the back with Dr. Rob Wallach.Nov. 12: Mediterranean Diet, which is one of the most effective lifestyle factors for prevention of dementia, with Nicole Clark from the Extension Office.Nov. 14: Artscape for Seniors with Durango Art Center docents presenting local artist Stanton Englehart.Nov. 19: Gail Davidson, president of Seniors Outdoors, will discuss the group and its activities.
