The Farmington Museum will reopen Saturday in response to the governor’s amended public health order about the coronavirus pandemic.
The museum will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Sundays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Allowed to operate at 25% occupancy, the Farmington Museum will open its doors to the public showcasing two exhibits after several months of closures. Both “Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame” and “Inside Out,” an exhibit about the history of women’s fashion, will be on display.
Regular entry to “Gridiron Glory” costs $8 for adults and $6 for children ages 3 to 16, people age 60 and older and military members. This weekend, entry is half-off for everyone.
“Inside Out” is free to see and explores the perceived roles of women in American society as they have changed over time, and how these roles have shaped – and been shaped by – what women wear.
