San Juan Mountains Association’s seventh annual Christmas tree lot will be open from Friday through Dec. 21. Proceeds from the sale will benefit SJMA’s conservation education programs. The lot is located in the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad parking lot on the corner of Camino del Rio and College Drive and will be open from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays.
The lot will have white fir trees harvested from overgrown stands on the San Juan National Forest as well as balsam Fir and Frasier Fir from a Wisconsin tree farm.
