1:49 p.m. A woman left Walmart with a cart full of merchandise without paying.
4:04 p.m. An employee reported that a woman was inside McDonald’s with a dog that she said was a service dog.
7:14 p.m. Six people in blue-and-white inner tubes had open containers of alcohol near the river put-in in the 3300 block of East Third Avenue.
11:48 p.m. A man in the 3200 block of East Second Avenue reported his neighbor’s door was kicked in.
