In the March 2 edition of The Durango Herald, a letter writer claimed that Christi Zeller and Dave Peters hired attorneys to write the language used in the recall petition against County Commissioner Gwen Lachelt. That was inaccurate. According to Dave Peters, he wrote the language and Zeller was not involved.
