Junction Street will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers beginning at 8:30 a.m. each weekday from July 10 through July 15 near Miller Middle School, 2608 Junction St. Neil’s Excavation will connect utilities for the new El Rincon development.
Drivers should expect delays and use caution when traveling this route. Pedestrians will need to use the sidewalk on the east side of Junction Street.
