While calling at the home of Mrs. Brewer, a neighbor, he was greeted by a lady who presented him with a neat little gift, in the shape of a white handkerchief. His joy was not yet complete for he was soon presented with another gift, and soon he came to realize that all the people had come to celebrate his 83rd birthday.”
