From Michael Flynn to Paul Manafort to George Papadopoulos to Roger Stone and soon to be Rudy Giuliani, all have been tried before juries and found guilty of perjury, witness tampering, campaign malfeasance and a host of other crimes.
The Clinton Foundation has been investigated too many times to count and (sorry Republicans) has shown nothing questionable, much less criminal.
Meanwhile, the Trump Foundation has just been found guilty of campaign irregularities (paying for campaign and other expenses from a charitable fund) ordered to pay a fine and told that the Trump family may never operate a nonprofit in New York State again except under strict supervision. Trump himself uncharacteristically admitted to the wrongdoing of his foundation.
