Mitch and Billie Baker of Cuero, Texas, found their way to Andrews Lake to do some fishing under partly cloudy skies on Wednesday afternoon. The National Weather Service is calling for a 20 percent chance of isolated thunderstorms in Durango today with a high of 85 degrees.
