The Powerhouse Science Center will host The Original Kentucky Derby Party: The Durango Derby from 1 to 6 p.m. May 4 at the Powerhouse, 1333 Camino del Rio.
Celebrate the 145th Kentucky Derby in style. Wear your finest hats, spring outfits and suits for an afternoon of horse races, gambling tables, raffle items, yard games and mint juleps (full bar available). Grab a drink, place your bets and watch the “Run for The Roses” on the big screen.
The Durango Derby supports STEM education programming in the Four Corners. This is a 21-and-older event.
