Things to do in and around Durango

iAM Music will be all over townTaking a walk downtown has probably never been as fun as it’s going to be Friday night when iAm MUSIC hosts its first Downtown Music Walk – a mini music festival meets artwalk in Durango.

Check out touring, regional and local musicians of all different genres, as well as iAM MUSIC student performances from 6-10 p.m. This is an all-ages, free event.

Circus, dance party for a causeOn Friday night, Reflections, a masquerade-style dance party and burlesque circus will be held at Animas City Theatre.

It will be a night of aerial acrobatics, fire-throwing, slack line performances, burlesque and contortion – wow!

Proceeds will go to the Second Wind Fund of the Four Corners to raise awareness and prevent teenage suicide, in memory of Sawyer Ward.

Showtimes are 6:15 for 18 and older, and 9:15 for the 21 and older crowd.
