The Los Pinos Fire Protection District oversees a vast area from Arboles to Oxford. The district has had a very low mill levy for years, and oil and gas revenues have decreased, almost to zero. We need to preserve our ambulance service and keep it at its highest level. I see no other choice than to vote for an increase to maintain our services in our district. A Yes vote is a small investment for long term peace of mind.
