Durango Adult Education Center will offer a new program, the Early Childhood Professional Training Project, on May 1 to provide academic guidance and scholarship support to local early-childhood providers who need college courses to meet state-licensing requirements.
The program is funded by the Buell Foundation and will help people in poverty reach financial self-sufficiency through career planning, financial assistance and academic support.
