The Colorado Department of Transportation is restriping faded pavement markings on highways in Southwest Colorado.
Restriping operations will continue through June and include these highways:
U.S. Highway 550 from Durango to the New Mexico state line.Highway 550 near Ridgway to Durango.U.S. Highway 160 over Wolf Creek Pass and from Pagosa Springs to the New Mexico line.Drivers will encounter restriping operations daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Travelers should not attempt to pass the striping truck or cross over fresh paint, as this will damage a vehicle’s finish.
