I promise you a rose garden

Garden Club of Durango member Penelope Fisher prunes roses Monday morning at the rose and perennial garden at the entrance to Santa Rita Park and Camino del Rio. While owned by the city, the club works to maintain the garden every Monday between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon.
